Regrettably, many of these issues are beyond our control and persist as an ongoing concern. Rest assured, we are actively working to address these matters, particularly for our valued US customers. To mitigate these delays, we are transitioning most of our products to manufacturers and suppliers based in the US. You’ll easily identify these products, as they will be marked with a 4-day delivery timeframe when browsing the product page. Items not designated as 4-day delivery will follow our standard 7-30 days Free Shipping and delivery schedule.

To offer flexibility, we are introducing alternative shipping options, although these options come at an additional cost. They will be clearly listed by both price and speed, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Furthermore, we are actively resolving issues related to delays in both receiving and sending emails through our support@roamerwish.com mailbox. As our community expands, so does our battle against spam. We understand that legitimate emails may inadvertently end up in your spam folder, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
